Meanwhile, MILG Minister Atty. Naguib Sinarimbo disclosed the essence of the signing of the MOA in implementing projects: “We hope that with this signing of MOA, the implementation of the project will proceed quickly and we ask you to make sure that this will be well delivered based on the agreement by the Moral Governance,” he said.
