NOTICE OF POSTPONEMENT

June 14, 2021/ Dhu’l-Qi’dah 4, 1442

1) Procurement of Various Capital Outlays for the Development Coordinating
Office of 63 barangays of North Cotabato;

2) Procurement of Security and Surveillance System for the Office of the Chief
Minister; and

3) Procurement of Livestock for a various programs of Project-TABANG.

In view of the anticipated absence of a quorum on the originally scheduled date for
the opening of the bids for the above-subjects, all concerned are hereby notified that said
bid opening activity will be conducted on June 21, 2021, 9:00 a.m. at Bajau Hall, Office
of the Chief Minister, Bangsamoro Government Center, Cotabato City.
The submission of bids is also moved to June 21, 2021, at 8:30 a.m.
