COTABATO CITY—The Office of the Chief Minister’s Technical Management Services (OCM-TMS), through its Planning and Management Division, conducted a capacity-building training workshop on Operational Planning, and Monitoring and Evaluation last Oct. 1-4, in General Santos City.
Twenty (20) participants were capacitated about “Strategic Thinking, Planning, and Doing Frames”, specifically on operational frameworks and policies of the OCM.
The training also sought to ensure that the Planning and Management Division of OCM-TMS encompasses the technical demands and support of the offices, attached agencies, and special programs, comprehensively, under OCM’s supervision.
TMS Director Windel Diangcalan emphasized that learning the basic foundations will help in setting up the direction and development in the office.
“If you have a year in mind, plant rice. If you have a decade in mind, plant a tree. However, if you intend to live in perpetuity, you must educate. Go for education,” Diangcalan said. (Bangsamoro Information Office)
