MENRE staff, together with volunteers from other line agencies participated in the clean-up drive.
Minister Abdulraof Macacua of MENRE emphasized that cleanliness should not only be maintained in the coastal areas, but also “in our hearts.”
“We must clear our intention, because it is the key for Allah to accept our good deeds,” Minister Macacua said.
“If we are sincere enough to connect our deeds to the Almighty Allah, Allah will help us achieve what we aspire,” he added.
