Office of the Presidential Adviser on the Peace Process Secretary Carlito Galvez said the three-year transition period (2019-2022) is crucial in the timeline of the Bangsamoro peace process as it sets the parameters and pace before the first Bangsamoro government is duly elected to office in 2022.
The transition plan was drafted by the Coordinating Team for Transtion or CT4T of the GPH and MILF Implementing Panels.
